Legal
These documents are not final and are not yet in force. Vybe is in testing and has not opened to the public. The sections below describe how the app actually behaves today, but the binding legal text is still being prepared with a data protection adviser and will replace this page before launch.
If you are testing Vybe and want to know what happens to your data in the meantime, ask the person who invited you to test and we will tell you plainly. A published contact address will appear here alongside the final text.
Last updated: 7 September 2026 · Status: draft, in preparation
The full Terms of Service are being drafted. This section will cover eligibility, acceptable use, account suspension and termination, subscriptions and billing, limitation of liability, and the governing law. It is deliberately not written here: a plausible-looking clause that turns out to be unenforceable is worse than an obviously missing one.
The full Privacy Policy is being drafted, including our lawful basis for each kind of processing, retention periods, international transfers, and the identity of the data controller. A Data Protection Officer is being appointed and our ICO registration is in hand.
These are available in the app today, under Settings → Privacy — not by request.
If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you have the right to complain to your supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.
Vybe does not yet have its own domain, so there are no contact addresses to publish. Putting up an address on a domain we do not control would send your message to a stranger, which is worse than having none.
Contact addresses, a postal address and the registered company details will be published here alongside the final legal text.
